摘　　要：以党的十六届六中全会精神为引领,坚持全面贯彻党的教育方针,以创建和谐校园为目标,坚持以人为本的教育观,重视育人"机制"建设,抓好和谐校园的"文化"建设和"平安"建设。努力营造良好的育人环境,促进建设和谐校园。Sticking to the Sixth Plenary Session spirit of the 16th Party Central Committee,we must carry out education policy of the party, achieve the harmonious campus, attach importance to the construction of educating people mechanism, and improve the harmonious campus construction of the civilization and safety on the basis of people - oriented education. All this is for establishing favorable educational environment, and constructing harmonious campus.
