摘 要:使用纯度≥95.5%的工业氯化钠配置5%的中性溶液作为腐蚀加速溶液,根据无人机部件的材料分类,选取金属和非金属典型部件进行中性盐雾实验。实验结果表明:非金属材料和部分表面经过特殊处理的金属材料构件具有较强的耐盐雾侵蚀能力,而部分金属表面经过实验后受到了较严重的侵蚀。针对这一实验结果,分析了盐雾对无人机典型部件的侵蚀机理,总结出中性盐雾环境下各部件的腐蚀规律,给出了提高无人机系统部件抗盐雾侵蚀能力的措施。The typical components of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) were selected by Neutral Salt Spray testing (NSS) based on the material categorization. The results showed that some nonmetal material component and some metal material component covered with coating was able to resist the soh fog corrosion, and some metal material component cant do. According to the results of the testing, the corrosion mechanism were analyzed and the corrosion regulation of the selected typical components under the neutral salt environments were summarized. The concrete measures of improving the corrosion resistances of the components were given, which can be reference for the relative equipments design.
