摘 要:目的:了解广西某瑶族中学寄宿生的膳食营养状况。方法:采用24h回顾法对某瑶族中学的56名寄宿生进行3d膳食调查,以学生的身高、体重值为依据进行生长发育和营养状况评价。结果:学生膳食能量、蛋白质、维生素C、铁和钙的摄入量均不足;摄入的产热食物中碳水化合物偏高;三餐能量摄入比例不合理。身高发育中等的学生占75.00%;体质指数正常的学生占57.14%。结论:被调查学生膳食营养状况不平衡,应采取措施使学生得到平衡膳食和合理营养。Objective: To analyze the dietary constituents and nutritional status of students at Yao Nationality high school in Guangxi. Methods:56 boarding students were'surveyed by using a 3-day diet record; Growth and development and nutritional status were evaluated by height and weight. Results :The intakes of heat ,protein, vitamin C, iron and calcium were insufficient. The percent of carbohydrate was high in heat production food and protein' and fat's percent were low. The intake of animal protein was insufficient. The proportion of heat among three meals was irreasonable. The number of students of moderate height was 42(75%). The number of students of normal BMI value was 32(57.14%). Conclusion:Dietary status of investigated students was poor. Necessary measures should be taken to reach the goal of serving balanced diet with reasonable nutrition.
