摘　　要：重点高校经管类实验室建设，是目前不少高校正在探索的课题之一，该文根据作者几年来的实践与探索，阐述了经管类实验室建设应做到重在理念先行、注重效益优先、坚持教学改革、强调能力培养、实行资源共享等5个基本要求。The construction of labs for economics and management in prestigious universities is a subject that a number of universities are doing a research on. Based on several years＇ practice and research, the author states the following viewpoints： 1. The concept is the key for construction of labs. 2： Efficiency priority principle must be observed. 3. The lab must be adaptable to various teaching methods. 4. Emphasizing ability cultivation. 5. Sharing resource of labs.
