摘　　要：基础-综合设计型微生物学实验是一种以学生为主体，能充分发挥学生的主动性、培养学生的创新意识和实验能力的新的实验教学模式。基础实验有助于学生掌握微生物学基本实验技术和基本的实验技能，综合设计性实验能够激发学生对实验知识及实验技能的学习兴趣和参与实践的积极性，有利于对学生进行知识、能力、素质的综合培养。The experiment on the basis-comprehension design type microbiology is a new kind of experimental teaching mode, which takes the students as its main body, it can bring the initiative of the students into full play, foster the student＇ s innovation sense and experimental ability. The basic experiments help the students to master the basic experimental technology and skill, the comprehensive experiments will spur the students＇ learning interest in the experimental knowledge and skill and the enthusiasm of the taking part in practice, which will help comprehensively cultivate the students＇ knowledge, ability and quality.
