摘　　要：作为深圳经济特区政府招标最早的参与者之一及深圳职业技术学院设备办（处）最早的建设者之一，该文作者结合近10年来的实际工作经验，就如何在高职高专设备采购中反腐保廉及构建和谐环境提出了一些建议，不仅从思想教育、制度建设、采购环境等方面进行了深入的探讨，而且提供了一些可借鉴的对策。As one of the initial participants in founding SZPT Department of Equipment Procurement as well as in inviting bids for SZSEZ government, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to practice anti- corruption and build harmonious atmosphere in equipment procurement for vocational colleges on the basis of the working experience in the past decade, then offers some practical countermeasures while probing deeply from the viewpoints of ideological education, institution of relevant regulations and preconditions for procurement.
