摘 要:公共管理理论研究及政府管理实践对公共部门人力资源管理的首要环节——职位设计提出了迫切需求,以平衡现代政府发展对有效性和有限性的追求。本文立足中国实际,顺应改革潮流,采用背景分析、同类比较、重点突破等方法,对政府职位设计进行全面剖析,并以引入职位设计后的政府管理模式体现中国政府实施职位设计的现实意义。In order to hold the balance between the quest for validity and finity, theoretical research of Public Administration and practice of Government Management have advanced the insistent demand of Post Design, which is the chief tache of Human Resource Management in Public Sector. Based on China' s practice and conforming to the current of innovation, this paper adopts the methods such as background analyzing, congener comparing, keystone breaching, so as to analyze the Government PostDesign roundly, and to present the practical significance for Chinese government to implement Post Design by the new mode of Government Management which have led into Post Design already.
