摘　　要：采用烧结压铸工艺研制了用于白酒过滤的LZ型超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)微孔膜空心过滤板,对其配方和成型工艺条件进行了探讨。结果表明,当助粘树脂用量为3～8份,填料、抗氧剂及热稳定剂质量分数分别为15%～25%、0.10%～0.15%、1.5%,烧结压铸温度为(195±5)℃,成型压力为2.0～2.5MPa,保温时间为0.5～1h条件下,制得的微孔膜空心过滤板是白酒生产的理想过滤用品。LZ model filter plates with hollow microporous membrane for filtering of white spirit were prepared by means of sinter and pressing cast process. The formulation and molding process conditions of LZ model filter plates were discussed. The results showed that optimum filter plates with hollow microporous membrane for filtering of white spirit could be manufactured under such conditions, the mass ratio of enhanced adhesive resin to UHMWPE was 3 -8 phr, the mass ratios of filling material, antioxidant and thermostable agent were 15% - 25%, 0. 10% - 0. 15% and 1.5% respectively, sintering and pressing cast temperature was （ 195± 5 ） ℃, mould pressure was 2.0 - 2.5 MPa and time of heat preservation was 0.5 - 1.0 h.
