如何在高校体育教学中培养学生的情感智力

摘　　要：当代大学生的情感智力普遍偏低的现状,使人们看到了情感智力教育在整个教育过程中的必要性和重要性;体育教学作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,不仅要向学生传授体育的基本知识和运动技能,还要培养学生良好的体育意识、体育兴趣和体育爱好以及通过教学活动提升学生的心理素质。因此体育教师必须转变观念、提高认识,在教学的过程中,运用多种教法和手段对学生进行情感智力的教育和培养,使学生提高了解自我情绪、识别他人情绪、自我管理情绪、自我激励及处理人际关系等方面的能力,为他们将来实现成功的人生奠定良好基础。The low emotional intelligence manifested in modern college students makes it necessary and important to educate them in emotion and intelligence in the whole process of higher education. As an important part of higher education, physical education teaching should not only teach students basic knowledge of PE and sports skills, but cultivate in them better PE consciousness, PE interest and PE hobby, and promote their psychological quality through teaching activities. So, PE teachers, in the process of teaching, should change their ideas, expand their knowledge, foster students＇ emotional intelligence by means of various teaching methods and ways, and improve students＇ abilities in understanding self-feelings, recognizing others＇ feelings, self-feelings managing, self-stimulation and inter-personal relations, so as to lay a sound basis for the successes in their future life.
