摘 要:研究大孔树脂二级阶段洗脱层析法分离茶多酚、咖啡碱;考察树脂吸附、层析洗脱咖啡碱的性能及洗脱效果,确定XAD-4树脂为吸附剂,混合溶液及85%乙醇二阶段洗脱层析分离茶多酚、咖啡碱的优化工艺;建立树脂柱吸附茶多酚过程的传质模型。结果表明:所得茶多酚产品纯度可达95.56%,咖啡碱含量为3.62%,收率可达11.84%。Through 2-Stepwise elution chromatography, tea polyphenols (Tp) arid caffeine were separated with macroporous resin. The optimal process is that caffeine and tea polyphenols were 2-Stepwise eluted by mixed solution and 85% alcohol aqua with XAD-4 resin. Absorption mass transfer model for Tp was set up. The productivity of product reached 11.84%. The content of Tp and caffeine were 95.56% and 3.62% respectively. It proved to be simple, feasible, nontoxic, no pollution produced, safe, environmental benign.
