摘　　要：分析了《植物生理学》修订本[1]教材中实验"叶绿体色素提取、分离及理化性质测定"中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进建议。Extent problems on the revised experimental textbook of Plant Physiology about the photosynthetic pigment extraction, separation and physics and chemistry nature determination were analysed, so we put forward proposal suggestions to them.
