摘　　要：在高等院校连年扩招的大环境下,许多高校每年都要增加不少年轻的新教师,如何提升高校青年教师的教学能力是目前保证本科教学质量的关键因素。文章从一名青年教师的视角,分析了我国高校青年教师的不足和优势,并进一步提出了青年教师提升教学能力的途径。In recent years,many universities have to increase the number of staff forced by continuously expanding enrollment of students.How to develop these young teachers's teaching ability? This has become an elementary problem for improving our higher education standards.This essay analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of young teachers.Furthermore,we put forward some effective approaches to improve their teaching ability.
