摘　　要：通过对抚顺市的不合理的产业结构、产品结构的弊端凸显,技术设备的老化现象严重,企业在国际和国内市场的竞争力日益下降,而引发的下岗、失业人员急剧增长等问题的研究。提出了解决老工业基地再就业的对策。With the disadvantages of irrational industry structure and products structure, and the serious condition of equipment becoming old and outdated in Fushun city, the competitive ability of enterprises gradually decreases, which causes some problems such as the increase of lay- off and unemployment. Therefore, this paper puts forward the reemployment countermeasure for old industry base.
