摘  要:目的:探讨适合本科护理实习生特点的临床教学方式。方法:69名本科实习护生分别采用传统教学方式和互动教学方式,从基础护理等6个方面比较两种教学方式的教学效果。结果:采用互动教学方式后学生在基础护理、专科技术、沟通能力、护理记录书写能力、理论联系实际能力等几个方面均明显优于传统教学方式。结论:互动教学方式能充分发挥本科实习生的积极性,提高学生的批判性思维能力及综合能力。Objective: To fred the appropriate clinic teaching model for undergraduated nursing student, Method: 69 students was taught by the mutual promoted model and the trandifional model respectivly, comparing the teaching effect from six items. Result: The students taught by the mutual promoted model are better on the ability of basical nursing, special skill, communication, writing of nursing record and cooperation practice with theory. Conclusion: The mutual promoted model can exert students' activity, critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability.
