互动教学方式在本科护理实习生中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨适合本科护理实习生特点的临床教学方式。方法:69名本科实习护生分别采用传统教学方式和互动教学方式,从基础护理等6个方面比较两种教学方式的教学效果。结果:采用互动教学方式后学生在基础护理、专科技术、沟通能力、护理记录书写能力、理论联系实际能力等几个方面均明显优于传统教学方式。结论:互动教学方式能充分发挥本科实习生的积极性,提高学生的批判性思维能力及综合能力。Objective： To fred the appropriate clinic teaching model for undergraduated nursing student, Method： 69 students was taught by the mutual promoted model and the trandifional model respectivly, comparing the teaching effect from six items. Result： The students taught by the mutual promoted model are better on the ability of basical nursing, special skill, communication, writing of nursing record and cooperation practice with theory. Conclusion： The mutual promoted model can exert students＇ activity, critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability.
