摘 要:企业文化是一个企业在运行过程中形成的,并为全体成员普遍接受和共同奉行的理想、价值观念和行为规范的总和,其有四个层次,即由表层的物质文化、浅层的行为文化、中层的制度文化和深层的精神文化构成。企业文化建设是一个循序渐进的过程,需要一定的平台来承载,企业文化建设要教育和实践相结合,领导和员工同努力,企业文化建设既要博彩众长,又要独具特色。 An enterprise's culture,formed in the process of the enterprise's operation,is the sum of ideal,value and norm of behavior that all the members of the enterprise accept and observe generally.It consists of four layers,namely the substantial culture in the surface,the behavioral culture in the shallow undersurface,the institutional culture in the middle layer and spiritual culture in the deep layer.The construction of an enterprise's culture should be advanced gradually in due order and be based on a certain platform.In the process of construction,the leadership and common members should make joint efforts and integrate education with practice.While learning widely from others' strong points,an enterprise's culture should have its own characteristics.
