摘　　要：应用放射免疫法测定了５８例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者泪液中乳铁蛋白含量，其中活动期上皮型９例，基质型２７例，非活动期２２例。结果表明：活动期泪液乳铁蛋白含量下降，与对照组及非活动期比较，差异显著；活动期上皮型与基质型泪液乳铁蛋白含量无明显差异。讨论了单疱病毒角膜炎复发机理以及乳铁蛋白与其复发的关系。Tear lactoferritin (LF) concentration in 58 patients with herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) was determined by means of radioimmunological method.The patients included active epithelial keratitis 9 cases,active stromal keratitis 27 cases, inactive keratitis 22 cases.The results showed that there was a significant decrease tear LF concentration in active keratitis compared with those of the normal controls and inactive keratitis.There was no difference between the active epithelial and stromal keratitis in tear LF.The relation between the tear LF and HSK relapse and mechanism of HSK relapse were disscused.
