摘 要:目的:观察BEYOND冷光漂白治疗对牙釉质表面及牙本质微结构的影响。方法:选用临床因正畸需要拔除A4、B4、C4和D4四颗健康前磨牙的患者12例作为受试者,每名受试者的D4作为空白对照牙,其余3颗牙予以BEYOND冷光漂白治疗。治疗结束后立刻拔除受试牙,分别制备牙釉质表面、牙本质纵剖和横剖观察面,以扫描电镜观察其微结构改变情况。结果:电镜显示BEYOND冷光漂白治疗后牙釉质表面出现溶融、脱矿现象;牙本质纵剖面可见管周牙本质轻微脱矿,管间牙本质胶原纤维网架塌陷;横剖面见牙本质小管口因脱矿而呈现不规则。结论:BEYOND冷光漂白可使牙釉质表层脱矿,并能透入到牙本质层使其微结构发生轻微改变。Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the morphology change in surface of human enamel and dentin after BEYOND cold light bleaching in vivo. Methods: The study population consisted of twelve patients who required the extraction of first premolars for orthodontic reasons. Tooth A4, B4 and CA were treated with BEYOND cold light bleaching and Tooth D4 was served as the control without treatment. Immediately after bleaching treatment, all teeth were extracted and prepared for scanning electron microscope(SEM). The SEM images were taken and the morphology changes were evaluated in the surface of enamel and dentin. Results: Mild demineralization was observed on the surface of enamel and collapse of collagen scaffold was also observed on the longitudinal section of dentine. The diameter of dentinal tubule was not uniform due to peritubular dentine was demineralize. Conclusion: BEYOND cold light bleaching can immediately induce demineraiization of dental enamel surface and changes of dentin morphology.
