Integrin α_5β_1及CD_(44V6)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:通过研究integrinα5β1及CD44V6在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达,探讨各指标与卵巢癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:用免疫组化ElivisionTM法检测80例卵巢上皮性肿瘤中integrinα5β1及CD44V6的表达。结果:integrinα5β1的表达按良性、交界性及恶性的顺序呈递减趋势,组间均有显著性差异(P<0.01);CD44V6的表达则呈递增趋势,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);integrinα5β1淋巴结转移组与未转移组间表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);integrinα5β1与CD44V6的表达呈负相关。结论:integrinα5β1表达下降或缺失,CD44V6表达升高,提示肿瘤进展,恶性度高,预后不良;计算机图像分析系统对卵巢上皮性肿瘤的自动化诊断、淋巴结转移及预后评估有重要意义。Objective： Through the investigating the molecular expressions, of integrincα2β1 and CD44V6 in ovarian epithelial neo- plasms, this study is trying to explore the relationship between the lymphatic spread of the tumor and these molecules. Methods： 80 cases were examined through ElivisionTM, an immune histochemistry method, for the expression of integrin α2β1 and CD44 Ve in ovarian epithelial neoplasms. Results： The expression levels of integrinα2β1 in the ovarian epithelial neoplasms had downward tendency in the order of benign, boundary and malignant neoplasmsand. There was significant difference on the expression levels of integrinα2β1 （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . On the other hand, the expression of CD44V6 had upward tendency in that orderand. There was significant difference on the expression levels of CD44V6 （P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference on the expression levels of integrin α2β1 between the group with metastases and the group without metastases （P 〈0.05）. . There was a negative correlation between the expression of integrinα2β1 and CD. V6. Conclusion： Decreasing or lack of the expression ofintegrinα2β1 as well as uprising expression of CD44 V6 suggest the rapid development, high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. The study also shows the improtance of using the computer image analysis for automatic diagnosis of the ovarian epithelial neoplasms , lymphatic metastases and its prognostic estimation.
