摘　　要：“以人为本”的教育理念,要求高等教育要重视当代大学生的个性发展和创新能力的培养。高校只有贯彻落实“以人为本”的教育观念,才能为社会主义建设事业培养出更多高素质的创新型人才。According to ＂people-oriented＂ concept of education, in higher education, importance should be attached to individual development and cultivation of innovative ability of contemporary, university students. Therefore, in order to train more innovative talents with high quality for socialist construction. ＂people-oriented＂ concept of education should be adhered to in higher learning institutions.
