摘  要:本文对水体中溴氰菊酯残留的检测方法及不同条件下(曝气水体、不曝气水体、河蟹养殖水体)溴氰菊酯的降解规律进行了研究。结果表明:水体中溴氰菊酯用石油醚萃取脱水后直接GC-ECD检测,回收率达到80%~110%,前处理方法简单,方法的最低检出限为0.1μg/L,方法准确可靠,适合水体中溴氰菊酯农药残留的检测;配制的1ng/mL、10ng/mL、50ng/mL三种浓度的溴氰菊酯水溶液,在曝气的条件下24h降解了44.2%~72.4%,在静置的条件下24h降解了7.5%~26.2%,溴氰菊酯浓度越高降解得越快;在养殖河蟹的水体中同样高浓度比低浓度溴氰菊酯降解快。In the article, determination method of dehamethrin residues in water and degradation regulation of dehamethrin in different conditions were researched. Results showed it's a simple method that after extracted by petrol ether and dehydrated, deltamethfin was determined by GC-ECD with the recoveries of 80%-110% and the detection limit of 0.1ug/L, The method is sensitive and suitable for the determination of deltamethrin in water. When the concentration was 11 ng/mL, 10 ng/mL and 50 ng/ mL, deltamethrin had degraded 44.2%-72,4% in continuous aeration water after 24 h while the degradation ratio was 7.5%-26.2% in static condition. High concentration of deltamethrin degraded faster than low concentration and the same as the water which feed crabs.
