兰州市食品放心工程重点品种检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解兰州市2006年食品放心工程重点品种卫生状况。方法:中华人民共和国食品卫生国家标准检验方法,国质检执(2002)183号文件推荐次硫酸氢钠甲醛检测方法。结果:食醋合格率为100%;小麦粉合格率为97.5%;散装食用油合格率为87.5%。结论:散装食用油问题较多,食品卫生监督部门要加强监管。Objective： To understand health situation of food safety project focused on key species in 2006 in Lanzhou. Methods：To use national standard test method about health food of the People＇s Republic of China, State Quarantine enforcement （2002） 183 document recommended Sodimn formaldehyde detection method. Results：Vinegar pass rate was 100%, wheat flour pass rate 97. 5% and bulk oil pass rate 87.5%. Conclusion： Bulk oil is of many problems and departments of food hygiene supervision should strengthen supervision.
