摘　　要：对一株从南方红豆杉中分离得到的内共生真菌Y1117,通过产物、形态学(包括培养特征、显微形态)和分子生物学(包括18S rDNA、ITS和TB基因)的系统鉴定,确认其为镰刀菌属的一个新种,命名为美丽镰刀菌(Fusarium mairei Cheng L.et Tao WY.)。A paclitaxel-producing endofungus was screened from Taxus chinensis vat. mairei. It was confirmed to be a new species of Fusarium genus with product, morphological identification including microscope and electron microscope, molecular identification including 18S rDNA, ITS and TB. It was named as Fusarium mairei Cheng L. et Tao WY.
