收入水平对当今图书馆员工作满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：本文分析了当今图书馆员收入水平和与收入相关的主观感受对工作满意度的影响。结果显示,收入水平和收入满意度对工作满意度的6个指标及其总指标具有不同水平的显著影响,总体来说,收入水平越高,自我收入满意度越高,其工作满意度越高;个体对自己的收入与他人比较而产生的收入满意度越高,工作满意度也越高。This paper mainly analyzes the influence of income and subject feel about income on job satisfaction of librarians. The results show that, different levels of income and satisfaction with income have different effects on six factors and the total indicator of job satisfaction. Librarians with higher income and self income satisfaction will be more satisfied with their job. In addition, job satisfaction also grows with income satisfaction which is resulted by comparing incomes with others.
