新形势下农林院校就业指导服务工作探析

摘　　要：为了有效解决目前农林院校毕业生"就业难"的问题,结合我国农林院校就业指导服务工作的现状,重点分析了就业指导服务工作中存在的问题,提出了新形势下农林院校就业指导工作的新对策。In order to solve the problem of the graduates＇ employment, in this paper the status of the employment guidance and service for the agricultural and forestry colleges were analyzed, and some new countermeasures for the agricultural and forestry colleges employment guidance and services under the new situation were given.
