摘　　要：阐述了职业生涯管理的内涵,指出了高校图书馆对馆员实施职业生涯管理的必要性,针对目前馆员职业生涯管理工作中存在的问题提出了一些对策。This paper expounds the connotation of the career management, points out the necessity of implementing the librarians＇ career management of university library, and in the light of the problems in current career management of librarians, advances some countermeasures.
