高职院校科技创新现状与对策研究——基于湖南农类高职院校调查

摘　　要：在国家大力推进教育创新、科技创新的形势下，高职院校只有使科研走在教学的前面，把科研与教学有机结合，才能培养出高质量的应用型、创造性人才，更好地为社会服务。调查结果表明，湖南省高职院校应加大科研投入，突出应用技术研究，逐步完善激励机制，保证科技创新持续发展，同时必须加强学生创新能力培养。Under the situation of China promoting the innovation of education and S＆T vigorously, higher vocational schools should cultivate high-quality applied and creative talents to better serve the society. through making research to go ahead in teaching and combining research and teaching mutually. The investigation results： show that higher vocational schools in Hu＇nan province should increase scientific research input, emphasize applied technology research, and gradually improve stimulation mechanism, ensure sustainable development of S＆T innovation, while strengthen the cuhivative of students innovative ability.
