摘 要:君子思想在儒家思想中有突出的地位,其特点是人文理性强势彰显,既表现出对天道、社会和个体身心修养的关切与关注,也体现对人自身个性的削减和对创造性的压抑。君子思想中缺少培育科技理性的因素,这严重阻碍了中国职业教育思想的发展。其直接结果是培养了中国读书士人为官出仕的作风,影响了中国工商业的发展,而迟缓的工商业很难激发职业教育的兴起。The thought of Junzi has a prominent position in the Confucian concept which characteristic has powerful performance of human rationality. It display the deeply concern on the way of Tiandao, society and physical and psychological training of individuals as well as the reduction of their own individ- uality and oppression on creativity. The lack of S&T rationality in the thought of a man of honour seriously hindered the development of the thought of Chinese vocational education. As the result, Chinese intellectuals form a culture of willing being official so that affected the development of industry, and laggard industry is difficult to stimulate the emergence of vocational education.
