后里斯本时代欧盟教育与培训政策述评  

Comments on Education and Training Policy of EU in a Post-Lisbon Era

摘　　要：2000年3月，欧盟理事会制定了新世纪欧盟新的战略目标，即里斯本战略，里斯本议程被认为是欧洲教育与培训政策的一个“转折点”。后里斯本时代的欧盟教育与培训政策产生诸多方面的变化，包括其法律基础、指导原则、主要政策和对成员国教育与培训政策的潜在影响等。March 2000, the EU council developed the new EU strategic objective of new century, namely the Lisbon strategy. The agenda of Lisbon was regarded as a ＂turning point＂ of education and training policy of EU. The change of this policy in post-Lisbon era reflect in many aspects, including its legal basis, the guiding principle, main policy and the potential influence on education and training policy of member countrys.
