摘　　要：通过构建"产学研一体化的教学实践平台和阶段式实践教育体系",形成三级实践教学的医药创新人才培养模式,并应用于办学实践,取得了良好的成效。学生的创新能力不断提高,学校综合办学水平显著提升。A favorable effect has been achieved in running the university through establishing ＂ the Platform of Teaching Practice by Integration of Production, Study ＆ Research, and the System of Phase-mode Practice Education, and through forming an innovative cultivation mode of talented medical ＆ pharmaceutical personnel via three-leveled practice and teaching. The innovative ability of students has been increasingly raised and the comprehensive level of running the university has been remarkably enhanced.
