摘　　要：换位思考是一种管理理念,是一种提升服务质量的方法。本文试图从换位思考的概念、换位思考的目的、如何进行换位思考、换位思考应当注意的问题等方面与图书馆读者服务工作的实际相结合进行一些粗浅的阐述。＂Transposition Thinking＂ is a management concept, aiming to improve the quality of service. The paper suggests how to apply the theory of ＂Transposition Thinking＂ to the practice of library service from the perspective of concept and purpose of ＂Transposition Thinking＂. The paper also mentions what the librarians should pay attention to when they do ＂Transposition Thinking＂.
