Bax蛋白及Ki-67抗原在胆囊腺癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究Bax蛋白和Ki-67抗原在胆囊腺癌中的表达,探讨二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测Bax蛋白和Ki-67抗原在45例胆囊腺癌标本和21例慢性胆囊炎标本中的表达。结果Bax蛋白在胆囊腺癌中的阳性表达率为20.0%,与在慢性胆囊炎组织的阳性表达率95.2%相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。Ki-67抗原在45例胆囊腺癌中呈阳性表达的有38例,表达率为84.4%,而在21例慢性胆囊炎组织中均无阳性表达,两者之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。Bax蛋白和Ki-67抗原的表达与患者的性别、年龄、胆囊腺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移无关。Bax蛋白和Ki-67抗原在胆囊腺癌的表达有关,呈负相关性（P〈0.01）。结论Bax蛋白对胆囊细胞的增生起抑制作用,Ki-67抗原对胆囊细胞的凋亡起抑制作用,Ki-67抗原在胆囊腺癌中的高表达和Bax蛋白在胆囊腺癌中的低表达可能与胆囊腺癌的发生、发展有关,检测Bax蛋白和Ki-67抗原的表达将有助于对胆囊腺癌的早期诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of Bax protein and Ki-67 antigen in gallbladder adenocarcinoma and study their correlation. Methods Expression of Bax protein and Ki-67 antigen were detected by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma,21 cases of chronic cholecystitis. Results Positive rate of Bax protein in gallbladder adenocarcinomas was 20.0%,and was 95.2% in chronic cholecystitis,it had significant difference（P〈0.01）. Ki-67 antigen was expressed in 38 of 45 gallbladder adenocarcinomas（84.4%）. In contrast,no expression of Ki-67 antigen in chronic cholecystitis was detected（P〈0.01）. No correlation was found between expression of Bax protein,Ki-67 antigen and sex,age,clinical stage and lymphoid node metastasis. The expression of Bax protein had negative correlation with Ki-67 antigen expression（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Bax protein plays inhibited effect on proliferative activity and Ki-67 antigen plays inhibited effect on apoptosis in gallbladder adenocarcinoma. High expression of Ki-67 antigen expression and low expression of Bax protein expression may be involved in the progression of gallbladder adenocarcinoma. Detection of Bax protein and Ki-67 antigen expression has positive effects on early diagnosis.
