关于海南省中学教师第一轮全员岗位培训的思考

摘　　要：随着我国新一轮基础教育课程改革的深入,有关教师全员培训的问题亟需进行研究。作者以问卷等形式对我省中学教师第一轮全员岗位培训的内容、形式、管理机制、总体评价等方面进行了广泛深入的调查。本文试图总结与分析我省第一轮中学教师全员岗位培训的成果与问题,对我省新一轮的教师全员岗位培训提出相应的建议。With the furthering of the new-round reform in basic courses in our country, issues on plenary training for teachers are worthy of study. By conducting via questionnaires a profound and extensive survey of the first-round plenary training for middle school teachers in Hainan in terms of its content, forms, administrative mechanism, overall evaluation, etc, the authors of this paper attempt to summarize and analyze the results and problems of the first-round plenary training for middle school teachers in our province so as to propose some relevant suggestions for the new round plenary training for teachers.
