摘　　要：高校网络教育学院的合理布局是网络高等教育发展的重要前提与基本条件。基于此,寻求高校网络教育学院布局的基本特征、非均衡发展理论基础、区域化发展特征、合理布局的策略,成为推动高校网络教育学院可持续发展面临的紧迫任务与现实问题。Logical position of network education academe of higher universities is important precondition and basic conditions for development of network-high-education.It is pressing task and actuality problem of sustainable development of network education academe of higher universities for seeking basic character, unbalance development theoretical base, region character, tactic of Logical position of Logical position of network education academe of higher universities.
