分层碾磨制粉工艺与新型小麦脱皮机的应用

摘  要:采用小麦分层碾磨制粉新工艺,分别改造了一个日处理小麦60t面粉厂和一个日处理小麦140t的面粉厂;并且研制开发了一种新型碾麦机。与传统制粉工艺比较,投资减少30%~40%,出粉率提高3%~5%;新碾麦机产量达3.5~4.5t/h,电耗比原来碾麦机降低10kW·h(即吨粉电耗60kW·h左右),面粉含砂量0.01%以内。A new wheat debranner was developed. The new flour milling technology with wheat layer decanning was used to reform two flour mills with the capacity of 60 t wheat per day and 140 t wheat per day,the investment was reduced by 30%~40%,and the flour extraction rate was increased by 3%~5%, comparing with the conventional milling technology. The capacity of the new type debranner is 3.5~4.5 t/h,its power consumption is 10 kW·h less than that of the former debranner, and the sand contents of the flour is 0.01% or less,so the economic benifits are remarkable.
