摘　　要：综述了国内外文献报道的天然抗氧剂茶多酚的三种提取方法——溶剂萃取法、树脂分离制备法和盐沉淀法。Three kinds of extraction methods of natural antioxidant Catechins reported in papers both at home and abroad are introduced,that is,solvent extraction,resin separation and salt sedimentation.Additionaly,the features of the methods are briefly discussed respectively.
