摘　　要：研究了一个数论问题:欧拉函数的例外值,得到了n=4p1α1p2α2…psαs(p1,…,ps为互异的奇质数)即4‖n的n为Euler函数例外值的充分必要条件.Abstract：A problem in number theory which is called Euler function＇s nontotients is studied,the necessary and sufficient conditions for n=4p1^α1p2α2…p1as（4‖n ） to be a nontotient,where the primes pi（1≤i≤s） satisfy P1〈P2〈…p1 are obtained.
