摘　　要：信息资料工作在现代科学技术和社会生产发展中,发挥着越来越重要的作用。就目前我国高校信息资料工作的情况看,要跟上科技发展的步伐,适应高校教学与科研工作的需要,高校信息资料工作者必须确立服务观念、资源观念、系统观念、社会观念、效益观念、科学观念、整全观念、竞争观念、时间观念、学术观念。Information and documentation work plays more and more important role in the modern science, technology and social development. As for the current situation of information and documentation work in Chinese Universities, information workers must establish the idea of service, resource, system, society, efficiency, science, globe, competition, time and academy to keep up with the development of technology and adapt to college teaching and the needs of research.
