摘　　要：对我国药学高等教育培养模式的现状及不足开展讨论,建立以市场需求为导向的药学本科教育课程设置,探讨建立培养既懂医又懂药,既能从事临床药物治疗工作、又能从事临床药理学研究并熟悉药政管理法规的医药复合型人才的新模式。This paper studies the shortcomings of Pharmacy undergraduates education mode in our country, and tries to propose courses arrangement which will be leaded by market demand. Also the authors hopes to propose a setting of new mode to train talents who are good at Medicine and Pharmacy.
