摘　　要：综述了植物组织培养过程中的褐变机制及迄今常用的抗褐变方法,并分析其利弊,探讨了热激处理作为一种新的抗褐变方法的应用前景。The tissue browning mechanisms and the methods to overcome browning in tissue culture were reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. A prospective application of heat shock as a new method to control browning was discussed.
