摘　　要：分析孟德尔定律发现的全过程，探讨其成功的原因并结合遗传学其他方面重大发现过程，总结出以实验为基础的遗传学研究的特点：“卓越的科研思想、恰当的材料选择、严密的实验设计、科学的结果分析。”Analyzes the entire finding process of Mendel＇s law, discusses its reason of success, combining with other process of great finds in genetics biology, summarizes research characteristic of genetics：＂The remarkable scientific research thought; appropriate choice of material; the strict experiment design and the scientific result analysis＂.
