167名护士心理健康的现状调查与对策

摘　　要：目的:了解新乡市护士的心理健康现状。方法:采用心理健康症状自评(SCL-90)量表调查问卷对新乡市167名护士进行调查。结果:新乡市护士的心理健康SCL-90各项因子都明显高于国内护士常模,并且存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01);有32.34%的护士心理方面存在着比较严重的隐患(症状因子≥3);内、外科护士的心理健康状况也存在着非常显著性差异(P<0.01),外科护士的心理健康状况明显优于内科护士。结论:新乡市护士的心理健康总体现状令人担忧,应引起医院主管部门的高度重视,采取积极有效的措施,改善护士的心理健康状况。Objective：To Understands the nurse＇s psychologically healthy present situation in xinxiang city. Methods：Adopt the questionnaire investigation of psychologically healthy self comments （SCL -90 ） meter to investigate 167 nurses of xinxiang city. Results： Each psychologically healthy factor of xinxiang city ＇s nurse is all obviously higher than the domestic nurse, And has the extremely remarkable difference（P 〈0.01 ） ;Relative severe hidden danger in psychological aspect（ Symptom factor ≥3 ） occurred in 32. 34% of xinxiang city＇s nurse ;The psychologically healthy condition of nurses between the surgical and Internal medicine department also has the extremely remarkable difference（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; The psychologically healthy condition of surgical department nurse＇s were obviously surpasses than the internal medicine department. Conclusions： The overall present situation of the xinxiang city nurse＇s psychological health is be worried very much. Should cause the hospital department high attention, Adopts positively effective measure, to improves nurse＇s psychologically healthy condition.
