摘 要:介绍了利用MATLAB的实时工具箱RTW和RTWT来建立用于过程控制器开发与测试的实时混合仿真平台的方法。平台由Simulink提供的驱动模块驱动I/O板卡完成实际现场与MATLAB工作空间的数据交换,将实际系统引入到仿真回路里。以Simulink模型作为连接物理目标的接口,实现了仿真系统的高可视化。平台提供了三种控制器的嵌入方法,尤其能用Matlab语言编写,大大提高了平台的灵活性。系统仿真结果表明混合仿真系统具有很高的仿真精度,并能真实反映实际工业过程控制中的各种扰动和噪声的影响。A Real-lime mixed simulation platform for the development and testing of process controller based on MATLAB toolbox RTW and RTWT was proposed. In this platform, the data transmission between practical process and MATLAB workshop was carried out by an I/O card supported by MATLAB, so that the practical system was imported to the simulation loop, As the interface to linking physical targets, the simulink models could make the simulation processes visual and vivid. Meanwhile, the platform provided three methods to embed control arithmetic, Especially it could be programmed by MATLAB, which made the platform more flexible. Simulation results show that the mixed simulation platform can simulate control systems with high precision, and it can truly reflect the effect of disturbances and noise in practical industrial orocesses.
