摘 要:在不同条件下进行了山茱萸总皂甙的提取试验,结果表明:溶剂乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间对总皂甙的提取量有显著影响。经正交试验得出山茱萸中总皂甙提取的最佳条件是:溶剂乙醇浓度为65%(V/V),提取温度为70℃,提取时间为60min。Under different technical conditions the experiments were carried out for extracting total Saponins from cornus offcinalts Seib.et Zucc.,the results obtained showed that the conditions (Such as the temperature ,the for and the alcohol concentration in the solvent) affected the yield of extracted total-Saponins remarkably.By Orthogonal design test Obtained the optimum technical conditions,i.e. the temperature is 70℃,the time is 60min alcohol concentration the solvent is 65%(v/v).
