摘 要:目的建立适合工业化生产的罗汉果甜苷提取工艺。方法用ZTC1+1澄清剂除去罗汉果水提液中的杂质,以D101大孔吸附树脂分离罗汉果甜苷,D301R弱碱性离子交换树脂脱色。结果ZTC1+1澄清剂是一种很好的澄清剂,D301R弱碱性树脂具有很好的脱色能力,D101大孔吸附树脂能有效地分离罗汉果甜苷。结论生产工艺简单易行,产品收率高,质量好,适合大工业生产。Objective To explore the extract process of mogroside applied to manufacture. Methods Dross were purged from Luohanguo extract with water by ZTC 1 + 1 clarifier, mogroside were isolated by D101 macroporous resin, decoloured on a D301 R weak alkaline ion exchange resin. Results ZTC1 + 1 clafifier was a good clarifier. D301R weak alkaline ion exchange resin had good capability of decolouration. D101 macroporous resin could separate mogroside from solution effectively. ConcLusion The extraction process earl be applied to manufacture with the features of simple technology , high product and good quality.
