摘  要:对大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)进行液体富硒培养,结果表明,培养基中硒添加浓度为150μg/mL时,菌丝体生物量达0.811g/100mL,富硒量为4727.68μg/g,富硒率达24.68%,有机化程度为96.27%。与对照组、无机硒(Na2SeO3)组、大球盖菇菌粉液组相比,富硒大球盖菇菌粉液组小鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidsade,GSH-Px)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性明显增加,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量明显减少,结果表明富硒大球盖菇具有较强的抗氧化能力。Stropharia rugoso-annulata was cultured in liquid medium containing Se ions and the results showed that when the concentration of Se in liquid medium was 150μg/mL, the biomass of mycelia was 0.811 g/100mL, the content of Se in mycelia was 4727.68μg/g, the ratio of Se accumulated in mycelia was 24.68% and organic degree was 96.27%. The antioxidative effect of Stropharia rugoso-annulata accumulated optimal selenium was also studied by measuring glutathione peroxidsade (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA)level in the blood of mice. Results revealed that Stropharia rugoso-annulata accumulated Se could increase GSH-Px and SOD activities and decrease the content of MDA effectirely so that it increased the antioxidation. This the antioxidation effect of Stropharia rugoso-annulata accumulated Se was better than that of Stropharia rugoso-annulata and Na2SeO3.
