摘  要:目的探讨ELISA检测法检测食品中氯霉素的可行性。方法采用国际上先进的ELISA检测法和酶标读数仪定量检测,并与高效液相色谱—电喷雾串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)比较。结果氯霉素含量为0.05~0.20μg/kg之间,CV%为2.5%~5%,回收率为85.0%~110.0%,标准曲线r=-0.992^-0.999。结论ELISA法具有灵敏度高,干扰少,测定步骤简便、快速。操作安全,设备投资少,测定结果准确可靠。Objective To explore the feasibility of determination of chloramphenicol in the foods by ELISA. Methods Quantitative determination was carried out with ELISA and stat fax 303 readout. Results The contents of chloramphecnicol were in the range of (0.05- 2.0)g/kg, CV was in the range of 2.5% - 5%, the recovery rate was from 85.0% to 110.0% and the standard curve r was between - 0. 992 and - 0. 999. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and rapid with litde interference. The determination result is accurate and reliable.
