摘  要:为给小麦品种选育提供依据,采用间苯三酚分光光度法测定了89份西藏小麦的戊聚糖含量及SDS沉淀值。结果表明,不同品种间戊聚糖含量差异显著,平均含量变化范围为3.10%-8.95%;SDS沉淀值偏低,平均值仅为26.0 mL;地方品种的戊聚糖含量更趋于正态分布。戊聚糖含量和SDS沉淀值相关不显著。89份材料中,戊聚糖含量较高的小麦品种藏冬4号、柳条春、洛隆小麦,以及戊聚糖含量较低的品种藏冬23号,可作为高、低戊聚糖小麦育种的优良种质资源。Pentosan plays important roles in determining wheat quality. In the present study, pentosan content of Tibetan wheat variety was measured by Phloroglucinal Spectrophotometric Method as well as the SDS-sedimentation value. The results suggest that wheat from Tibet have a wide range of pentosan content , but a little lower SDS-sedimentation value. The average pentosan content among varieties varied from 3.10% to 8.95%. Significant differences of pentosan content were found in different varieties. The pentosan content has no liner relationship SDS-sedimentation value. Several Tibetan wheat with high pentosan content, such as Zangdong 4,Liutiaochun,and Luolongxiaomai , as well as Zangdong23 which with low pentosan content could be used as good germplasm in high or low pentosan content wheat breeding program.
