摘 要:[目的]了解市售保健食品标签和说明书的现况,以便为保健食品的监督管理提供依据。[方法]2006年11~12月,在济宁市任城区52家食品超市、药店、保健品专卖店,抽取销售的保健食品,依据《保健食品标志规定》对标签、说明书进行检查。[结果]检查保健食品136种,标识合格的65种,合格率为47.79%。标识合格率,超市的35份样品为51.43%,26份药店样品为46.15%,75份保健品专卖店样品为46.67%(P〉0.05);性功能保健食品类的样品合格率33.93%(19/56);美容保健食品类的样品合格率44.84%(21/43);延年益寿保健食品类样品合格率为67.57%(25/37)。71份不合格保健食品中,夸大功效、宣传治疗作用的占63.38%,无保健食品标志或批准文号的占43.66%.扩大适宜人群或其项目缺失的占38.03%,命名不规范的占28.17%,功效成分不明确的占16.90%;47.89%的同时有2项内容不合格。[结论]任城区市售保健食品标签说明书合格率很低,存在问题最多的是夸大功效、宣传治疗作用。[Objective]To examine the labels and instructions of the health food in order to provide the evidence for the supervision of health food management. [Methods]During November and December in 2006.in Rencheng District of Ji'ning City,the labels and instructions of health food products from 52 food stores, pharmacies, and health products specialty stores were examined based on Health food labcling rules. [Results]Totally 136 types of health food were examined, in which 65 types were up to standard,with a pass rate of 47.79%. The pass rates of the samples from food stores,pharmacies,and health products specialty stores were 51.43% (35),46.15% (26),and 46.67% (75) respectively,with P value greater than 0.05. The pass rates of sexual health food, facial health food, and the longevity health food samples were 33.93%(19/56) ,44.84% (21/43),and 67.57% (25/37),respectively. In the 71 unqualified health foods, exaggerating efficacy and therapeutic effect accounted for 63.38%, no signs or no health food approval for the symbol accounted for 43.66%, expanding appropriate crowd or missing items accounted for 38.03%, non-standard names accounted for 28.17% ,and without clear effectiveness of the ingredients accounted for 16.90%. 47.89% were not qualified for two items. [Conclusion]The labels and instructions of health food possessed low pass rate, and the largest problem was exaggerating the efficiency and publicizing their function in treatment.
