浅议我国导游的薪酬制度

摘　　要：我国导游人员薪酬制度的不合理，阻碍了导游服务质量的提高，成为制约旅游业发展的瓶颈。从导游的主要收入——回扣出发，分析当今导游薪酬制度形成的原因，从而提出改变现行导游薪酬制度的具体建议，以促进我国旅游业健康持续地发展。The unreasonable salary system of the guides in China has held back the improvement of tourism service quality, and becomes the choke point restricting the tourism development. The paper, starting from guides＇ main income oomrnission, analyzes the causes of the unreasonable salary system, and then puts forwards the specific suggestions which are to change the present situa- tions in salary system of guides and to promote tourism in China to develop in a continuous and well - balanced way.
