摘　　要：培养创新人才,是高等教育的历史使命,教育工作者不可推卸的责任。怎样培养法学应用型人才的创新能力,这是当今社会各界尤其是法学界人士值得潜心研究的重大课题。文章结合浙江万里学院法学院法学人才创新能力的培养实践,就高校法学应用型人才创新能力培养的教学模式作一探讨。To cultivate creative talents is the historical mission of the higher education and the unavoidable duty of the educational workers.How to cultivate the creativity of the applied talents in law science is a principal studying subject of the people from all walks of life, particularly those from the law circle.This paper is to probe into the cultivating mode for the creativity of the applied talents in law science of colleges and universities, in combination with the cultivating practice for the creativity of the applied talents in law science in the Law School of Zhejiang Wanli Univeristy.
